Refund Policy
At Dispute Guys, we have a strong dedication to aiding individuals in the process of repairing their credit. We strive to provide the best possible assistance to our clients and place great importance on customer satisfaction. However, it is important to note that, in accordance with the law, we are unable to make any verbal or written promises or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, score improvements, or timelines for credit repair services.
Nonetheless, clients have the option to request a refund if they believe that Dispute Guys has not fulfilled the obligations outlined in our Terms and Conditions or the client's signed agreement. It is important to meet the following conditions for a potential refund of up to 100% of the total price:
To be eligible for a potential refund of up to 100% of the total price, the following conditions must be met:
Dispute Guys did not adequately inform the client and document in the client agreement that credit repair may potentially result in a temporary drop in credit scores.
The client has consistently made all payments to Dispute Guys LLC without any instances of non-sufficient funds (NSF), and has fulfilled all payment obligations as outlined in the agreement.
The client must have followed all instructions provided by Dispute Guys LLC based on the credit repair plan. Excessive time spent by the client in any form of communication or personal meetings will be considered as part of the allocated time per the plan, potentially affecting the time available for actual credit repair and thereby potentially impacting the results achieved.
For both existing credit lines at the time of signing the agreement and any newly acquired credit, whether or not recommended by Dispute Guys, the client consistently made at least the minimum payment due on time as per industry guidelines, which were communicated to the client.
The client was never late on payments and consistently paid at least the minimum balance due on all existing trade lines or new credit lines obtained during the duration of the Dispute Guys agreement.
Upon signing the Dispute Guys agreement, the client diligently followed at least one of the suggested methods outlined in the credit repair plan to improve or increase their credit scores
In order to qualify for a full refund of the total amount paid to Dispute Guys, the client must submit a written request for the refund. Dispute Guys will carefully review the request to ensure that the client has adhered to the terms stated in our Refund Policy. Please note that the review process may take approximately 7-10 business days from the date the letter is received. Dispute Guys will make the final determination regarding the eligibility for the refund, and this decision will be considered final.
