The primary objective of credit repair is to eliminate questionable negative information from credit reports. While credit repair is not an exact science and success is not guaranteed in every case, we offer our clients a 120-day warranty for their protection. If you decide to enroll in our monthly service at Credit Miracles and within 120 days, no questionable items are deleted from your credit report or your credit score fails to increase by a combined total of at least 50 points, you are eligible for a full refund of the monthly fees paid. It is important to note that this timeframe does not imply that your credit will be completely repaired within that period, but you should observe the removal of some of the questionable negative items or an improvement in your credit score during this time, or you will receive a refund.
The eligibility for the money-back guarantee is contingent upon your compliance with the following terms and conditions
The refund eligibility period begins after 120 days of active participation in the program. Any cancellation or missed payment during the initial 120-day period will void the guarantee.
You must refrain from creating or causing the addition of any new derogatory trade lines to your credit report once you have started participating in the program.
You are required to promptly provide Dispute Guys with any correspondence related to your credit report within seven (7) days of receiving such correspondence. This can be done through mail, fax, or email.
Timely payment of all amounts due to Dispute Guys in accordance with the terms of this agreement is necessary to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Within five (5) days of the agreement's effective date, you must provide proof of your identity, such as a copy of your driver's license and social security card, via mail, fax, or email.
Upon requesting a refund, you agree to allow Dispute Guys a period of ten (10) business days from the date the refund request is received to review your credit bureaus, audit your account, verify the absence of any removed negative items, and determine the reason for their non-removal.
Refunds are limited to payments made for 120 days of service only. For instance, if you have been in the program for 180+ days without any changes to your credit history, you can request a refund, but it will be limited to the 120 days of service.
